U.S.-Israeli strikes have killed Abolfazl Dehnavi, a 20-year-old volunteer with the Iranian Red Crescent Society, who was killed on April 4 in Isfahan province while carrying out humanitarian work, according to the @ifrc.
Dehnavi is the fourth Red Crescent volunteer killed since the war began on February 28. All humanitarian workers have been killed while responding to strikes and aiding civilians.

I am heartbroken and outraged. Today we mourn Abolfazl Dahanavi, a 20-year-old Iranian Red Crescent @Iranian_RCS volunteer killed on 4 April in Isfahan Province while carrying out humanitarian activities. Abolfazl is the fourth Iranian Red Crescent volunteer killed in the line of duty since 28 February. Four lives lost in five weeks, all while trying to help others survive. This is unjustifiable. We have mourned before. We have called for protection before. We are calling again with greater urgency and outrage: the killing of humanitarian personnel must stop. Even if you did not support Trumps decision to launch of war of choice against Iran (like me), restricting the use of US airbases in NATO countries imprudently damages NATO unity. Yes, Trumps threats to invade/annex NATO countries does too. But 2 wrongs don’t make a right.
