@Shell_India @Shell I would like to report a recurring issue I have been experiencing at Shell service stations. On multiple occasions, your employees have requested to scan my Shell App card again after my transaction.

Don’t use @Shell_India subscription plans for charging. 1st their chargers don’t work and then when they do work, they still ask you to recharge your wallet with bill amount. While they have good stations, avoid the EV subscriptions, waste of money & they won’t return it as well

@Shell_India Shell India selling petrol at Undri, Pune -411060. Undri petrol pump per Ltr extra Rs3 more then As of March 2, 2026, the petrol price in Pune is approximately ₹104.23 to ₹104.40 per litre.

@Shell_India This is concerning for pune public as shell is selling his petrol at @Rs 107.40 instead of today As of March 2, 2026, the petrol price in Pune is approximately ₹104.23 to ₹104.40 per litre. So, Undri , Pune 411060. Is charging Rs 3 extra per Ltr’ unauthorisedly

Hi, as per the gazette notification released in June 2021 by Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, the Oil companies shall sell Ethanol Blended Petrol with percentage of ethanol up to twenty per cent as per the Bureau of Indian Standards specifications. Currently for Shell, the ethanol blending levels vary from city to city and location to location basis supply availability. Both Shell Petrol (normal petrol) and Shell V-Power petrol will be ethanol blended and will have the same % level of ethanol blending (which can vary basis supply availability as mentioned above). Also, all Shell fuels are additivized that gives you more engine cleanliness & protection, to know more about our fuels visit: go.shell.com/40xRugj

Extremely disappointed with @Shell_India station at Alandi Road, Pune (412105). Visited 4 times in 20 days, but Unleaded fuel is always 'out of stock'. Staff only pushes costly V-Power. Is this a new strategy to force premium fuel on customers? Please fix this. #ShellIndia #Pune.

@Shell_India Yesterday at Madipakkam Shell bunk, I refilled fuel. When I asked for a bill (as I had to buy something else inside the Shell shop , I conveyed I shall club and pay there), he forced payment at the spot and spoke in a threatening tone to customers.
