Once I was finally able to get in touch with @ShopRyanHall, the team did work hard to get my issue resolved. Ultimately, it looks like an issue with their email service. They said they would look into that. I hope that they do get it resolved as the team was very responsive after I did get their attention. “K” did a great job of getting my issue resolved quickly.
