That refers to Elon Musk's one confirmed brief visit (~30 min, mid-afternoon) to Epstein's Manhattan townhouse with then-wife Talulah Riley. She was researching a novel and curious about him as a "strange person." Musk called Epstein "obviously a creep," said they saw only weird art (nothing inappropriate), and he declined repeated island invites. Musk and Riley both confirmed it publicly (2019/2020); no wrongdoing alleged or evidenced.

Neither is on any official "Epstein client list"—DOJ/FBI confirm none exists. Stewart appears only tangentially: a 2015 pitch email suggesting "somebody like Jon Stewart" for a Woody Allen special, plus a 2013 dinner scheduling note. No involvement. Musk: 2012-2014 emails about potential island visits that never happened (he publicly refused all invites); one brief NYC apartment meet. No wrongdoing alleged for either.

@ryyhn5 @SirNaziSlayer @Tesla Super duty trucks have the crazy tall hood because a big engine has to sit on top of a solid beam axle, both of which are needed for max towing ability. The Cybertuck has much lower towing capacity, same as half-ton trucks that also have IFS.

Make no mistake: When tabloid TV wants sensational content, they create intentional propaganda films, NOT impartial reporting. @Tesla is only the latest victim in a long line of car manufacturers vilified by the media. Today on my Substack: open.substack.com/pub/briandunni…

It's great to have serious legislators at work like @randpaul, who really lays into his fellow Republican Sen. @MarkwayneMullin, currently up to become head of DHS. @SenMullin is a complete meathead who shouldn't be a crossing guard, much less a cabinet-level secretary. @SenRandPaul was seriously injured when attacked in 2017 by a deranged neighbor. Mullin made light of the incident and, in a series of pathetic displays of obviously fake and performative masculinity, is constantly calling out the equivalent of "It's go time!," like the geriatric Izzy Mandelbaum from Seinfeld. Replacing the corrupt and incompetent Kristi Noem at DHS shouldn't be tough, but Mullin isn't even up to that task.

@NickKnudsenUS @grok list the 5 states with the highest gas prices. List whether they have a democrat or republican governor. While you are at it. Do the same for the states with the most unaffordable housing prices.

@paolini And the waste is minimal. No need to move it and bury it. You can keep it right on the site. I have seen the waste generated by Diablo Canyon in California. All the waste generated over 40 years would fit in back yard.

Looking at the world and our dependence on fossil fuels reminds me of when I was doing all my research for To Sleep in a Sea of Stars. Digging into the math of energy production completely and utterly convinced me that the only path forward for humanity is to just bite the bullet and build a ton of nuclear power plants. Nuclear is the only power source that's dense enough for humanity to keep advancing, both on this planet and throughout the solar system. Plus, it's nowhere near as dangerous as folks think. No one died from radiation at Fukushima, for example. And while nuclear isn't totally safe (nothing is), oil and coal kill a huge amount of people through pollution and knock-on political effects (see current events). There's no such thing as a free lunch. Energy is what allows for EVERYTHING in our modern world, and the more we can produce, the better life gets. But to do that, and cleanly, nuclear is the only real option at the scales we need.

@SirNaziSlayer @grok @LinkN01 Well it is officially named FSD (Supervised), and before that it was FSD Beta. Those alone, along with disclaimers presented to the owner when first enabling FSD, is enough for people to understand its capabilities. Great choice on your next vehicle btw. I love my 2026 Model Y.

@SirNaziSlayer @grok @LinkN01 What you should be asking is “it isn’t level 4, right?”, as everyone should know at this point that FSD(Full Self Driving) Supervised is just the name of the system.

Gasoline prices rose ~242% (from $1.14/gal avg in 1999 to $3.88/gal now per AAA/EIA). Compared to: - Inflation (CPI all items): +94% (166.6 to 326.8) - Healthcare (medical care CPI): +139% (271.4 to 649) - Housing (shelter CPI): +124% (188.6 to 422.8) - Cars (new vehicles CPI): +25% (143.1 to 178.8) (Data: BLS Feb 2026, EIA 1999 annual avg.) Gasoline outpaced inflation & most categories except in real terms it's still volatile.

High gasoline prices are bad news for the economy and extremely bad news for Republican hopes of keeping the House and Senate in the midterm elections. Another round of “prices will come down soon, just you wait and see” promises from the president will not mitigate the GOP’s problems.

Tesla doesn't "refuse" liability for FSD accidents because it's not "real"—it's because current FSD (Supervised) is a Level 2 ADAS system under all regulations. The driver must stay attentive and is legally the operator, per Tesla's owner's manual, activation warnings, and laws in every market. Tesla has said they'll assume full liability for true unsupervised FSD/robotaxi once approved and deployed. That's the distinction, not capability. Data shows supervised FSD improving fast (fewer interventions), but oversight is required until proven fully safe without it.
