Ready to Grow Playgroup has enjoyed learning about bright smiles and dental health this month! Families have had opportunities to engage in activities that help children learn about the importance of keeping their mouths and teeth healthy.

The Harnett County Early Childhood Collaborative met this week to share their individual efforts to uplift educators & enrich the lives of children and families in Harnett County. Together, they create a network of resources to enhance the quality of early childhood education.

The Harnett County Partnership for Children will be closed & all classes/groups (Zumbini, Circle of Parents, Ready to Grow Playgroup) have been canceled for January 9th due to the possibility of inclement weather. Normal schedule will resume & offices will reopen at 8:30am 1/10

The Harnett County Partnership for Children offices will be closed from Friday, December 22nd through Monday, January 1st in observance of the holidays. Offices will reopen t 8:30am on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.

Another amazing @campbelledu diaper drive to benefit the HCPC Baby Steps program! Thank you to the Campbell University Physician Assistant Program, Class of 2025! We are so thankful for the community support for the children and families of Harnett County.

Thank you, Leadership Harnett Class of 2023! Leadership Harnett Class of 2023 accomplished their Legacy Project, A Month of Giving, by donating much needed items to HCPC. A beautiful diaper box was also donated for anyone wishing to drop off diapers moving forward.

Individuals from different Harnett County agencies & organizations brought their energy for reigniting the Resilience Initiative! Dante Poole from Life Sculptors, LLC facilitated thought provoking conversation around how we can support this important work being done.

Thank you once again to Amber Razo Garcia of Harnett County for her amazingly generous toy donation. Amber has been donating for multiple years now and helping make Christmas extra special for Harnett County families in need. Thank you, Amber!

A great meeting with Harnett County Family Child Care Support professionals this week, led by HCPC STEP Coordinator, Lynda Turlington. The meeting included discussion regarding FCCERS self assessments, new ratios, grant opportunities, and much more.

Please join us in thanking our 2023 Jingle Mingle Artisan & Craft Vendors for their donations of 3,315 infant & toddler diapers! In lieu of a vendor fee, vendors donated 1 box of diapers per vendor space to restock our Baby Steps program & assist Harnett County families in need.
