My wallet got drained of $2.68k usdc.e minting this.

You can see that the USDC.e is transferred from my wallet to the same wallet that the mint fees are going to.
I really hope this is an honest mistake, and that the @PR0T0C0IN team will refund me. ๐โค๏ธ

Did they actually drained or you made mistake .
If honest mistake 2 things plays out they refund you after the miniting end or the other one you loose your hard funds.
For me I check my wallet and revoke everything to any site or approval.
