@mdodana_amanda You were advised that our shuttle was going to stop at MacDonalds in which case you could have very quickly dashed for the toilets. Our shuttle needs to keep to its times as it had other passengers to collect after your drop off. Again, we apologize but we hope you understand.

@SouthernShuttle I am extremely disappointed by the treatment I got from one of your drivers. I asked her if she could stop somewhere for me to use the toilet because I was pressed. She blatantly refused and spoke about how people are rushing to the airport.
