Scored 49 goals in 68 games for Inter, only 9 in 20 for Milan. CR scored 81 in 91 games. R9 Has horrible champions league stats. 14 goals in 40 games for both clubs combined. CR reached 14 goals in only 23 games while having more KO goals. R9 has only 6 goals in 16 UEFA cup matches for inter. Whats the excuse? R9 didn’t even play in the toughest era of the Serie A. There is always struggle for people to measure players when stats aren't jumping out. People are used to seeing Fede fly in for tackles or score from distance. He's more than fine. Alonso's system is rooted in collective positioning. There is less need for last ditch tackles from players like Fede and Jude. This is a GOOD thing. We've been begging for this over the past year.
