Agreed. A mum with a stroller would have to swerve around that bike. A wheelchair user would have to do the same. It’s simply inconsiderate on other people to leave them lying around.

The little things, left unchecked - become big things eventually. I hate messy streets and this bike dumping in London needs to stop. All these in two days in Westminster! Britain should not be paying £150k a day on court translation services, other than those for medical purposes (braille, BSL). If independent charities want to fund those interpreters, that is for them to do. It should not come at the expense of the taxpayer.
