Here are the main parameters: 📈 Debt ceiling (Line): 10,000 PAI → Users can mint up to 10,000 PAI collectively through the PSM. 🥁 Tin (mint fee): 0.5% 🎺 Tout (redeem fee): 0.1% Any and all fees generated by the system flow into the surplus buffer. Once it hits the threshold (currently 5,000 PAI), it moves into the 🐦 Flapper. 🔥Keepers then run a Dutch auction to buy the surplus PAI with PMKR, the PMKR is burned. This is the autonomous value-recycling / buyback mechanism that creates long-term deflationary pressure on PMKR when the protocol is profitable. We’ll finally see how effectively arbitrage holds the PAI peg using real bridged liquidity. That tight peg is what supercharges the entire flywheel: 1️⃣ Mint PAI 2️⃣ Use PAI to compound your collateral 3️⃣ As collateral price rises, your CR improves naturally 4️⃣ Mint even more PAI from the same collateral without adding extra funds 5️⃣ Repeat. All while keeping CR comfortably >250% with far less fear of price impact to PAI 🎯 If the arb keeps the peg tight and stable, governance can responsibly crank debt ceilings much higher across the board (including pDAI once its proposal passes 🗳️) It’s a balancing act in the early days: 🔸️How much debt we open × how fast the market can absorb it and recover price Open the taps too wide too early → risk deep de-pegs. Keep them too tight → we don’t scale with adoption and leave growth + profit on the table. We need to flow with Pulsechain’s current momentum, compounding while building strong floors beneath us. 🟢 PSM success = green light to scale safely. Very excited to watch it play out 🚀
