Myth: You can’t ask someone if they’re suicidal. Fact: Evidence shows asking someone if they’re suicidal could protect them. It can give them permission to tell you how they feel and let them know they aren't a burden. Watch Dawn's full story: bit.ly/3EQssBR

It's all about these little moments, that are actually pretty big. After all, they help make our day to day just a little bit easier. Especially when times are tough. That’s why we love Brew Monday, it reminds us we’re not alone.

It’s about showing someone you have time for them and that they matter to you. It’s giving someone space to show up as they are, whether it’s a good or bad day. It’s about having a laugh together (over things like the silly amounts of milk your mate has in their brew).
