@ChucklingChrly I had someone on the roof for the tv aerial, and he cracked a roof tile while he was up there, later we had rain water coming into the attic and causing a hole in the gib ceiling panels...but the rain is only when the wind is in ONE direction.

The amount of linguistical gymnastics this adjuster is trying to do to wiggle out of paying for this roof is unbelievable. I'm waiting for the guy to break out the game twister with all the contorting he is doing. State farm and their practices are beyond corrupt.

@ChucklingChrly That guy should have went diagonal down withe butt joints. The butt joint is where the shingles butt up side to each. To me that roof looks wind damaged due to the tabs that are blown off. Those granuals are missing from the shingle flapping in the wind

@end3of6days9 I would replace a roof jack on a 2 story house ( labor and materials) sometimes $350 depending on the roof pitch. Sometime it took 30 mins
