It was great to be involved in this event and be invited to (badly) express some of my opinions - thinking about bridging the gap between emerging technologies and real world applicaitons.... We in @IOPMED love pushing for more physics to reach healthcare.

@OpticaPubsGroup @uCare_EPSRC @HWU_Physics @QuantumSensors As these types of detectors become industrially produced (for LIDAR / self driving cars) I think it is interesting to see how we can apply them to these kind of alternate practical applications. But in the end - we did it for fun!
