@ScottOake Happy Holidays! With this season being such a condensed schedule just how hard is it for the team and yourself to adapt to seemingly always playing? Also, how different is the preparation that is taken to get ready to play. Do you feel playing more helps to stay ready?

@jsbmbaggedmilk Technically we are allowed 10% over the cap right.. so that an extra 9.5? I’m not 100% sure though. That’s as long as we get rid of everything before day 1

Re: the last goal IMO Skinner did what he was supposed to do - challenge the guy with the puck - and he did it well because had Leon not touched it, that puck sails to the other side of the zone and we go to OT Shit happens peeps - on to the next.

@JackieBee_16 THANK YOU. Somebody saying what I am thinking. I don’t think people realize how hard it is for a goalie to actually get set in a game when every second/third shot is an odd man break or a turnover.

Y’all can blame Skinner all you want but 3 goals were gifts for Philly because of horrible turnovers and Tippett has had 2 beauties that even Hellebuyck ain’t stopping Defensively the Oilers are shit right now - let’s address that first

@tommykippes2 Truthfully might be a double edged sword for you guys… On one hand injured players get the rest they need without worrying they are missing key games…… On the other side you guys were just getting on a roll as a team… now everything is stopped for 2 weeks….

the four nations break couldn't have come at a better time for the canucks.. quinn and demko get to rest/rehab their injuries, the new guys get some practice time, tocchet gets to coach and observe some of the best NHLers in the world & petey/lanky get to play with them #canucks

Wrec was August 31st in rehab now got a shattered hand and a traumatic brain injury recovery is goin very well all things considered
