@TheDatesProject I'm still waiting for a reply to my emails about an order placed on 5.4.2021 where I paid extra for delivery yet it still says 'processing'. Ordered them.as a gift which haven't been delivered. At least reply to your emails and update customers 😠

The best thing I found in UK, @TheDatesProject. Randomly came across their page one day on Facebook and so glad I did, they have the best dates. We stocked up for our apartment and I sent it to a couple of friends too as a Ramadan present. SO amazing and a wonderful cause.

@TheDatesProject Salaam. Any update on when I'll receive my order? Supposed to be delivered by 12th in time for Ramadan. Why has there been no notification regarding delays? Instead just radio silence. How hard is it to send an email out to everyone advising of an issue.
