I was a size 54 jeans down to a 40 (though I should try a 38 soon 👀)
And from a 4xl down to a 2xl.
I was a size 4e wide shoe but I'm down to a 2e wide shoe.

An average of 3.1lbs per week loss
A 61.0 BMI down to 37.3 BMI
But my favorite stat is I'm down 38% from my starting body weight 🥹💪❤️

@bluewmist I've lost 157 lbs in less than a year. Id say the few pieces of advice I hand out these days is eat boring. Find some macro friendly meals and eat them again and again.
Also weigh in everyday. You get emotionally numb to the numbers and just focus on the data point trends 📉

I met Tim on Twitter eight years ago. He had set out on a weight loss mission and fell off the wagon after losing quite a bit of weight. Instead of whining about it he decided he would give it another try. Six months ago I told Tim in our "Fit Fam" group chat that when he got below 300lbs this time I'd have him on my podcast. Today at 281.8lbs we did just that, and he's not done yet!!! New episode coming soon!

@BamaBass Similar in starting weight. I was 462lbs in 2019. I got down to 308 and ballooned back up a couple different times to over 400 over the past couple years. I'm currently doing the best I've ever done. From 425lbs March 2025 to right now I'm at 290.2lbs. we got this brotha

Two years ago today I hit 282lbs, for the first time since the late 2000’s I was under 300lbs. In 2020 I had ballooned up to 457lbs!
That weight loss run between Jan 2023 and March 2024 was a great time in my life. I can blame this or that but the fact of the matter remains that it’s my fault that I’m 85lbs heavier two years later.
Time to go to work, gym day with Squats/Bench/Deadlift on the agenda! 😤💪🏻🔥

I picked up some 42 x 30 relaxed fit wrangler jeans at BJs today and they fit so nice 🥹
I can officially buy clothes at BJs and I do so every week when I'm there. Slowly but surely adding to my 2xl wardrobe ❤️
