Unit is abuzz re: 9/27 vaccine mandate for all - staff shortages are expected, no contingency plan & some of my fellow employees are telling me that masks make my brain weak & dumb -this shit continues to suck - after experiencing some of highest fatality rates is the city 🙅🏽‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

I keep thinking how in the ER when someone rolls in gasping "I can't breathe, I can't breathe" we all jump to our feet and run to assess and help them. It's #1 and 2 of our "ABC's" - Airway, Breathing, Circulation - that comes before any other concern.
