We aged this bolder take for 2 years in Maker's Mark bourbon barrels to create a ridiculously smooth and barrel-forward treat for classic ale and OG beer enthusiasts alike.

New for this year, we leaned into a core favorite brewing since nearly the day we opened. The recipe for "Scrum & Hooker" Nut Brown Ale (5.5%) was adjusted to crank up the body and intensity as this big Scrummy beast landed at a solid 8.7% ABV.

This lesser known classic style originated in the hot Caribbean countries and carries the expected chocolate and coffee notes with a subtle background suggestion of dark stone fruits earned from a complex kilned malt bill.

Each year we've also cut the production team loose to brew whatever beer excites them the most. This year, they chose an export-strength Tropical Stout.
