𝗥𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗕𝗮𝘇𝗮𝗿 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗡𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 Rein Bazar Police, on credible information, apprehended two accused persons on 24.03.2026 at Ethebar Chowk, Mirchowk, Charminar, Hyderabad for running an organized cheating network under the guise of digital marketing. The accused, Mohammed Akram (22) and Mohd. Nouman Raza (22), lured youth and innocent public with promises of easy income through promotion of Forever Living products. The accused collected ₹200 as joining fee to create IDs and later induced victims to pay ₹30,000 for purchasing products, falsely assuring high returns through a multi-level commission structure. They operated an office under the name “Achievers Club” at Karmanghat and recruited nearly 40 members, targeting individuals aged 18–25 through social media promotions. Investigation revealed that the accused earned commissions up to 40–50% on direct recruits and additional percentages from subsequent layers, while in several cases, they neither delivered products nor returned money, thereby cheating the public. Police seized a Mercedes Benz car, multiple mobile phones, laptops, Apple devices, Forever Living products, documents, and records of client data. A case has been registered under relevant sections of BNS, Telangana Protection of Depositors Act, and Prize Chits & Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act. The accused were produced before the Hon’ble Court. The operation was carried out under the supervision of Sri. Khare Kiran Prabhakar, IPS, Dy. Commissioner of Police, Charminar Zone, Sri. Md. Majeed, Addl. DCP, and Sri. G. Shyam Sunder, ACP, Mirchowk Division, led by Sri. Ch. Nethaji, Inspector of Police, along with Sri. Md. Nayeemuddin, DI, and supporting staff of Rein Bazar and Mirchowk Police Stations.
