Dearest Following… I know this is a BIG ask but, could you flash mob this post to get 5 million impressions… my viral tweets/posts from the ‘two double aughts’ don’t count *laughing* I’d like to at least have the option to have subscribers… I spent 15 years not wearing the ‘Twitter blue check’ (on principle) but, paid for @premium on day one b/c I genuinely believe that this platform has given/still gives a voice to the voiceless (especially via Spaces)… I have witnessed ordinary folks DO extraordinary things & change their stars in Spaces… social audio is crazy powerful Folks- crazy powerful. … there are many folks like me… folks who show up daily, participate in @xSpaces (which I believe to my core should be rewarded… not just the hosts, cohosts & speakers but, the AUDIENCE… the listeners are what makes a Space… truth) and subsidize the experience for others in truly lovely ways… genuine heartfelt GMs, checking in on folks, and sending Random Acts of Kindness to strangers… for many, it’s not about getting an X paycheck… it’s about acknowledging our units of attention, our energy, and quantifying our contribution in the metrics… there are some of us who’d like to test the boundaries of this platform & explore ways to reward our followers (be they in the hundreds or millions)… the audience underpinning our platforms… we aren’t here for 20 seconds of fame but… 20 years of relevance… ✨☕️✨
