notion recently published a clean AI maturity model 4 levels with each one building on the last. most companies think they're at level 3 but operating at level 1 L1 : AI as a thought partner → you prompt chatGPT ad-hoc. standalone apps, general models, user-driven. decisions get faster, but impact is hard to measure. L2 : AI as an assistant → AI is embedded in your tools, with access to company context and permissions. lead scoring, IDE autocomplete, inbox triage, drafted docs. now you can measure hours saved per employee per week. L3 : AI as a teammate → agents run recurring workflows on their own. configurable, monitored, versioned, with human. checkpoints. 10–40% of team capacity reclaimed in repetitive work. L4 : AI as the system → multi-agent orchestration runs your critical workflows. internal "AI builders" set guardrails and policies. revenue per employee goes up, time-to market goes down. additional insights : > levels compound. you don't graduate from L1, you keep using it while adding L2 on top. > context is the unlock for everything past Level 1. without consolidated data, your agents are guessing. > different teams sit at different levels. engineering at L3 while marketing is at L1 is normal. > only 10–20% of employees become "AI builders." The rest use and approve what's built. notion's own estimate : fewer than 2% of companies are at level 4 today. maybe 7% by 2027. take their new AI maturity assessment below.

meeting topics come from multiple sources and are combined when needed 1. i drop questions and concerns for the board in a telegram or discord channel that gets stored for the upcoming meeting 2. before each meeting a research agent scans for industry news thats relevant to the company 3. questions are generated from company context files 4. weekends consist of water cooler type discussions where meeting is optional for board members (whoever shows up, shows up)
