@o_b_z_d_n They don’t care about pushing people away. Since far left politics took over the community, I’ve never once seen a conversation on growth. Instead I’ve only seen excuses on why it’s not growing. Smash players want the community to be an echo chamber first and foremost.

They just don't seem to understand that being a massive e-sport and having a curated community are mutually exclusive concepts. Curating the community inherently means pushing away people that want to be involved, and actively pushing people away inhibits the kind of growth you would need to become a massive e-sport.
