NC retains the nurses it educates! Two years after completing a nursing program in the state, 92% of LPNs, 92% of ADNs, and 86% of BSNs remain in NC! For comparison, medical school graduate retention rates in NC are about 38%. @NCCommColleges, @UNC_System, @NCICUhighered.
