Omar Barrada did not look believable when he said he was fascinated by Sir Alex's Manchester United. Hinted his father idolized George Best. Earlier, he said Man Utd was the biggest club in the world. Andy Mitten was surprised he said that.

Think M. Fernandez lad will change Utd's life, Anderson isn't a good fit anyway. Fernandez has better positional discipline and he's a better defender. That already makes him a better partner for Kobbie than Anderson.

I don't think Spurs bid 70m. I think Brighton rated him 70m and want to sell him at that valuation.

We can also benefit from the fact that Elliot has played a lot of games this season and called up for the world cup. Mateus is likely to be fresher and fitter at the beginning of next season.

Mateus is the better dribbler and ball carrier. Elliot is better at aerial and ground duels. Elliot is also very athletic so he covers a lot of ground both defensively and attacking wise. He always gets himself involved in play. His positioning is better than Mateus.

A position I still hold. I still think Elliot was the better player but Mateus is not far off. I think Mateus is a better one-touch and long range passer while Elliot is better with crosses and line breaking passes. Mateus is better at shooting.

Elliott Anderson edges Mateus IMO. However, if Elliott costs 100m pounds or more, just go for Mateus.

@Biyo_lar With Diomande, it's not just about spaces. In the games I saw, he made many good decisions while running with the ball, setting up his teammates on many occasions. Similar mould to Desire Doue. Can see why PSG want him. He is that good.

I have too many doubts about Diomande. He has the ability. But is he succeeding cos of the buLI spaces? That's my biggest consideration when watching players from other leagues. Is the African factor there? I love his pace tho and he's my 2nd choice. We'd probably get none.

@Biyo_lar It's not looking like Zirkzee wants to leave. He is enjoying his time here and a popular guy in the dressing room. He might stay and be backup to Sesko. Mbeumo is also ahead of Cunha as ST. Cunha was LWF, I like him

@EhMan1872 @Biyo_lar I agree. That's why I like him. He wasn't productive enough last season but his underlying game was good enough. Can compete with Cunha
