This slow counting only became normal in the 2000s after California made permanent mail-in voting easy. CA became the most populous state in 1962 & still results came in on election night. Only now is the high population their excuse? I’m SO glad CNN is taking the time to remind everyone that NO election fraud is happening in California… and President Trump is just spreading misinformation again. What does “Counted culturally first” mean?
