@_JakePG @M0RGANBLACKHAND @RTFKT @Nike As a sneaker collector I don't feel mislead at all, this was always an AR template shoe in my mind (like the RTFKT hoodie). Some people bought the NFT speculatively based on assumptions of what it would do. For early RTFKT supporters it was a free airdrop.

People bought the NFT for high prices when it came out with the notion it was gonna have some tech in it and not knowing you would have to spend $222 on top of what you paid for the NFT

@_JakePG @RTFKT @Nike I would consider that phrasing as a way of marketing the AR capabilities. The video itself doesn't mention that and further demonstrates the AR visuals through animations floating around the shoe. But who knows, maybe the final product will surprise us.
