@MandT_Bank you guys don’t even respond with a real person. I’m sorry but damn near an hour and half of hold. You have no online tech support. Horrible horrible experience. I will likely close my account with you. This has been the worst moment if my entire week

@MandT_Bank i have never had worse customer service experience. Not only will no one answer but I’ve been on hold over an hour. If you truly have 24/7 assistance then answer the calls. After this I will likely leave this bank all together. This was fucking horrible

@MandT_Bank I have been on hold for why I believe is a ridiculous amount of time. If my call is not answered soon I will switch banks. Over an hour on hold? For a fraud issue.

If M&T bank doesn’t answer soon I will no longer back with them. This is utterly ridiculous.

Fuck this.

Literally no reason to tweet but to lowkey feel seen, even if no one actually sees. Today has actually sucked, I’m still here working through it, and I’m exhausted by everything. I will start just pitting all my thoughts in my phone or on paper because tweeting just isn’t it.
