Crazy to think Harrison’s wrote “Ultrasound imaging: not useful for evaluation of the pulmonary parenchyma” just a few years ago, in TR Harrison’s Principles of Internal Medicine 2011. With that we start off our Lung PoCUS Module 🫁🫡
