@flosalahmacca @Evertxn 20 second sprint, 40 second rest and repeat for 20 mins. Increase speed or incline every 1-2 sessions. Only anecdotal but I did no cardio for 3 months after a grade 3 ankle sprain and have increased the difficult x3 in the last 3 weeks by doing just 3 of these sessions per week.
