@BBCRichardMoss And January is not much better. Gateshead Council is still telling people to avoid the town centre. No timeline for when the flyover situation will improve. The south end of the High Street is in an awful states with a redevelopment plan that stalled 5 years ago.

Great to hear @SlowWaysUK and @DanRavenEllison on Radio 4 this morning with Justin Rowlatt. I was able to use a #slowway to save a bus journey to my first meeting today. #NewGat4 and the views were stunning. The Tyne Bridge framed in the arch of the High Level bridge.

We have been in the @NewGreenHeart shop for almost a year. Once we painted the stair walls, we never got round to making them look better. Today I decided to fix this. We now have an amazing @SlowWaysUK map. Going to need a ladder to put Orkney and Shetland in the right place.
