The CodM Nikto “lore” is so strange to me! His only connection to Makarov would be through Viktor Zakhaev. Viktor captured him when he was undercover. He is the reason Nikto is badly scarred. I don’t go off of the mobile storylines because they are often wired as hell. For example OG Makarov looses an arm and then gets captured and dragged around. Then there is something about him having some guerilla warfare group on his side. It’s just too weird 🤣
