Listening to what type of bonuses this NFL players get I would love to see @NCAAFootball players and college coaches contracts have more instinctive based contracts then just lump sum! Then have playoff bonus’ to give players more for the work of the team. Thoughts?

It’s crazy how many D3 players I’ve come across this week who did a Freshman year at a D1 and didn’t play.
Obviously humbling for them getting a stark reality check. But also great to see they have the confidence to make the move to better their careers. 👏
