i guess i'd like. sleep on a dog bed in the living room or smth. now that i think about it the most comfortable i've ever felt in a space that was in some aspects mine was a walk in closet i used to hide in in the guest bedroom of my mom's partner's house as a kid

problem with this for me is the more personalized and "mine" my room is, the less i wanna leave in a way that turns it into my personal prison of rumination. my ideal would be not to have my own room in the house but a communal "private room" i can go when i need space to myself
