$qure Amt-260 ph1/2 has 2 different groups, one with MTS the other dominant TLE, if the 3/6=50% all cluster in one group, the data actually gave perfect signal. The MTS group is the POC group where the MoA should work but if too many neurons lost in the hippocampus, may not work

$qure my next major call is amt-130 will be approved by year end 2026 before the new permanent FDA commissioner in office post midterm likely late 2026 or early 2027. This and other reversals will be Kyle Diamantas’ legacy. Target $150 at AA approval, post approval trajectory TBD

$nktr probably closed my put positions too early given how weak it has been but can’t complain shorted this twice from $60 to low $30 and again from $100+ to high $50.

Watching $legn post offering. May initiate a small portion around low to mid $20. Small n in vivo CAR-T gives some hope beyond its legacy drug.

I have a portfolio inspired by my daughter, it includes $wdc, $sndk and $atzaf started 12-18 m ago. She also bought $nvda in the low $40 when she was a freshman in college.

My next stock recommendation is to buy pullback on $atzaf, Aritzia, a Canadian fashion brand, has stores in every major US mall. Already 4x post trade war but could be a good buy on pullbacks!
