@catilizard Nai is hated because she is commonly played against. I mean unpopular in the true sense of the word, simply not thought about. Any character thats commonly hated upon in brawl is done so because people are angry at them. Vector is just simply unplayed by either side

Can someone tell me the lore on why there's so much hate against Vector from Brawlhalla? Like why does he not have many skins or even a cross-over? Why did they change one of his best sigs? He's the only character I like using when I play bow. He's literally a good character bro

@TerosOfCrete I don't really agree with that logic because people hate Queen Nai & her sigs, but they still give her elite skins and cross-overs. I love her. If they put that effort into Vector he would be even better

@catilizard There is no real lore. People just dont really like him. Lance is already relatively unpopular, I believe, and someone has to be the least popular character. They hoped the dsig change (one of the weirdest sigs in the game) would make more folk play him and no players = no skins

@BDipitous That's my point, Thea came out like 5 years after Vector. How is it that they have the same amount of skins?

@catilizard Vector has 5 skins. So does Thea. Is Thea also unimportant? My guess is Vector's transformation gimmick makes him a bit technically tougher to make skins for. Plus that weapon combo isn't shared by many fighters in other IPs. These are the more likely factors, I think.

@BDipitous Hopefully Brawlhalla will see how much people like Vector and give him more skins and cross-overs. I'm sure they can come up with some good ideas!

@catilizard I don't think number of skins should be used as a measurement of how "important" the character is or how much the devs care about them. There are many unrelated factors, such as how the sigs fit a crossover or whether a skin idea makes it thru the design process.

@BDipitous I wouldn't say they're all main characters, when you think of characters like Cassidy or Wu Shang who have a variety of skins and crossovers to choose from and then you see Vector who has less variety even though he's a character who's been in the game a long time

@catilizard When it comes to which legends get cool things, by my understanding it's mostly a matter of "which of the thousands of ideas the devs have will make it all the way to the end?" I think it's a mistake to believe the devs hate certain legends because they're ALL main characters.

@catilizard He's a transforming robot, he has a lot of potential and opportunities for amazing skins, but I can also understand the struggles of having to design extra for him because of his jet mode Again, it's a shame, but I think he's awesome and I really enjoy making fanart for him

@BDipitous yeah, I know it's opinion but you've been in the community for a long time so I was wondering if something happened in the past that made Brawlhalla stop deeming him as an important character

@catilizard I'm not an expert in "community opinion" lore, but I recall the sig was changed to be a bit more playable & consistent. I think he's an unorthodox legend, with an unusual weapon pair & unusual sig patterns. Also any skin has to work with his bulky silhouette & transformation.

@BDipitous I also have a question about that. Since people are able to report based on spamming, are they soon going to add a cooldown for sigs?

I reached out to the devs for clarification about this: They get lots of sig spam reports, so they made a button for it. Sig spamming hasn't been a ban-able offense before & they assured me they won't start doing that now. Fair, but also hilarious to me. 😆

Y'all know how uncomfortable is to select your stuff now having more cosmetics each patch, if I'm using Raven's Honor, but now I want to use eSports V6, I need to go from one end to another just for that, same for weapons, etc. I made this concept to fix it :3 #Brawlhalla
