Tropical Storm #Arthur Advisory 7A (7 PM CDT, Wed Jun 17): Center of Arthur Re-Forms Northeastward Near Galveston Texas. Life-Threatening Flooding Expected Across Portions of the Southeastern United States. hurricanes.gov

The center of Tropical Storm Arthur today, right on the coastline of Matagorda Island TX, SW of Houston. The center was mostly rain free, with most of the convection and strongest winds displaced to the east due to shear.

Center is still well to the west of the convection.

Note some of them are flagged, so it's likely closer to 50knots.

Recon finding stronger winds (64knot+) near the convection in Arthur, most likely won't mix down, but could be a rough evening in Louisiana.
