@foxgamin_ i really hope that if DA closes down they find some way to archive everything, maybe allowing infinite downloads for a week or two before they go offline so people can personally archive things, or handing the contents of their servers over to the internet archive.

@magdalenepop i mean what's your reading speed? the average novel is around 100k words, so if you read at 400wpm yeah 3-5 hours is probably your average. I read at around 500wpm without skimming, even when I'm really slowing down to absorb the text I get through most books in 3 hours
