tell me why i decided i was recovering from bulimia this morning and ate throughout the day and didn’t purge and felt great only to go to lidl right before closing and buy a box of choco nut pillows and b/p AGAIN. i’m so done with this disorder wtf.

is it js me or are most people's binges so small?? like i see people say they had a 500-1k cal binge and i js feel like a fatass because mine effortlessly reach the 3.5-4k cals. I WISH my binges were 500cal

@Pinky4ngel yeah i get that, used to be a huge issue for me too. it helps if you can like go out and say that you ate dinner while you were out and things like that.

When should I break my fast?

@morbidlyrotting dab it with a tissue to get rid of blood ofc, rise it off with water, cover it overnight with a plaster for a day or 2 and then let it breathe overnight (preferably in clean sheets) without any clothing covering it so it’ll scab. avoided any infections by doing this so ig it work

how do u do proper aftercare?? all I do is dab it with tissue and call it a day 🥹 im scared of an infection one day though

@jaskukimin @Pinky4ngel you do feel like you’re gonna pass out honestly, but you just push through it you most likely won’t (obv different for each person but i only ever passed out on day 6)
