It’s not like they left college early to go pro and couldn’t crack it

I have a question and I feel really dumb asking because I can’t tell if it’s parody or I’ve just been off work for a week having my brain turned into mush by only doing activities meant for 2-6 year olds. Are guys seriously going from the NBA back to college? How?
