@AlaskaAir I just heard that my Alaska credit will not be extended as you did one-time extension last year. Given the Covid-19, do you guys think this is reasonable course of action to force customers for a risky travel?

@pocketcasts @PlayerFM are you aware of this issue? Any particular reason to block pocketcasts server?

@dalgong aaah yes. We do have an issue with that host (pod.ssenhosting.com) blocking our requests to update episodes. I'm not sure why, we tried to contact them but received no response.

@pocketcasts I have other feeds having the same issue. Do you guys have to host them into your site always? Is there any way for pocket casts app to fetch directly from the rss feed?
