@ElevatedSpeaks Bind and Spilt are best yoru maps post nerfs. Also if someone wants to play yoru on pearl, I would pair him with a chamber so that yoru can enable the chamber to hold aggressive angles.

@RkTcaster People see pickrate and call the character with the highest pickrate broken. Instead of thinking about why do these agents seem overpowered. This has made riot play whack-a-mole with agents and in the process they just ruin the agents.

Neon's current average pickrate across all 4 regions is 77.25%. For reference, Chamber's pickrate across all international events in 2022 was an average of 63%.

What if Neon had a battery charge meter that was used for all abilities?
Stun takes half the meter, Wall takes 1/3 meter, Sliding takes 1/3, Sprint functions as normal. Ult refreshes half the meter.
Fuel doesn't recharge naturally but you get 1/5 gauge refilled per kill.
