@bigaiguy most underrated part isn't the no, code setup, it's that n8n lets you version control your workflows. you're not locked in when you need to scale or hand off to technical teams. zapier keeps you dependent, this gives you an exit path when complexity grows.

I built 20 AI agents in n8n + Claude without writing a single line of code. Most founders are still paying developers $10K/month for workflows this stack runs for free. No engineers. No Zapier tax. No fluff. 10 copy-paste agent blueprints. Tested in production. Here's the full framework: 👇

@florian0707 The real vulnerability isn't the AI, it's that we treat GitHub comments like docs when they're now executable input. Most devs haven't shifted from "safe to read" to "safe to feed an agent."

@Hafeznon @bcherny @trq212 we're seeing the same spikes. the status page threshold is way too high, so backend noise flies under the radar. probably regional load balancing that doesn't trip global monitors enough to flag anything

@bcherny @trq212 I'm getting errors in Claude Code saying that your servers are overloaded, but nothing on the Claude Status page. Usually dont get this error, especially not this frequently. Anything going on that users should know about?

@tinakthuang the gap isn't random, it's systematic. most people collect notes but never revisit them. your system needs a trigger to surface old notes when they're actually relevant to what you're working on now, otherwise it's just hoarding with better labels

Too many things to learn. Everything changes too fast. So I built a personal learning system using Claude Code + Obsidian. Now I just paste a video link, blog, or article — → It summarizes via NotebookLM or browses the page directly → Writes structured learning notes → Auto-saves everything into Obsidian Obsidian becomes my second brain. I can ask it anything. Learn from it anytime. Built it yesterday. Already feels like a superpower.

@CodeByNZ The pattern is clear: AI replaces creation, heavy work (drafting, iterating, shipping). But relationship, first domains where trust compounds over years? You can't automate rapport the way you automate code review.

@Rowdymode the gap isn't random. most people don't version their prompts or track what changed between runs. you're comparing outputs without controlling for context drift, so "dumber" might just be inconsistent setup. what were you measuring before it felt off?

If you fine tune your Claude code setup, every time there is a new update, it resets. You need to run a cron job after the update to reinstall config you had. I was speaking to many friends who were saying Claude felt "dumber" post Opus 4.7. After talks I found that this was the issue. Curious to know if anyone else found this?

@hashornX most audits blame handoffs, but the real killer is the dead space between steps. leads tracked, follow, ups scheduled, but nobody owns the gap where deals stall. fix isn't more documentation, it's eliminating the wait time where context dies.

@TechAppTracker the jump from parallel agents to delivery is where tools break. coordination overhead between agents usually costs more than the value they add. curious if swarm prevents agents from duplicating work or conflicting on shared state?

Most automation devs over, engineer. You match tool to problem, not ego to resume. The real edge is knowing when a Zapier zap beats custom code. That decision alone saves clients more than the automation itself.

@inareshmatta the gap isn't random. AI works when the task is so structured a human could spec it in their sleep. real ambiguity, where the problem needs defining? the model just churns. engineers aren't replacing AI, they're reclaiming work that never should've been delegated.

🚨 Hot take: A team just “laid off” their AI. Yes—you read that right. In a recent dev discussion around Claude Code, the story wasn’t about AI replacing engineers… It was about engineers replacing the AI. --- And the comments? Even more interesting 👇 💬 “It felt magical at first… now I double-check everything.” 💬 “It says it fixed the bug. It didn’t.” 💬 “Costs are insane if you use it seriously.” 💬 “I spend more time correcting it than coding.” 💬 “Still powerful… but I don’t trust it alone.” --- Let that sink in. 👉 The problem is no longer capability. 👉 The problem is reliability. --- 📌 We’ve officially entered Phase 2 of AI: Phase 1: “Wow, AI can do this!” Phase 2: “Can I trust this in production?” And this is where things get real. --- 💡 The smartest builders aren’t quitting AI. They’re changing how they use it: - One model → ❌ - System of models → ✅ - Blind trust → ❌ - Validation layers → ✅ - Expensive APIs → ❌ - Cost-optimized + local setups → ✅ --- 🚀 The shift is clear: AI is no longer a “tool you use.” It’s a team member you manage. And just like any team member— if it’s unreliable, expensive, and needs constant supervision… …it gets replaced. --- The real question is: Are you still using AI… or have you started managing it? #AI #GenAI #Startups #ProductManagement #Developers #LLM

@DhruvOnSteroids The real test isn't whether AI can follow marketing frameworks, it's whether it can adapt them. Most templates assume static context, but AI agents need to know when to break the rule, not just apply it. Does this repo teach deviation points or just best practices?

@Mayank_Msd the speed gain is real but it's hiding a structural problem. you're iterating faster on solutions that might not be the right problem to solve in the first place. when building was slower, you had to think harder upfront about whether X was even worth building.

Using tools like OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, and Google Gemini CLI lately. One thing is very clear: Building is faster now. But not always better. Here’s what I’ve been noticing 👇

@AIBrosPod most people obsess over what AI can do. the real unlock? understanding when it reaches for a tool versus when it just answers. that deferral logic does more heavy lifting than the tools themselves, separates chatbots from problem solvers

@lukashanren1 the deferred loading thing is huge. startup lag kills flow when you're juggling multiple tools, especially remote ones. less waiting between switches means you actually stay in the zone. did the sandbox bug actually bite people or was it just a theoretical risk?

@rahmanroshan_ the gap isn't retry logic, it's idempotency. most systems retry without checking if the action already completed. stripe nails this with idempotency keys, same request, same key, no duplicate charges.

Automation created duplicate invoice. No error. No alert. The system says everything succeeded. That’s the problem nobody talks about in business process automation. Every serious pipeline has retry logic a job times out, an API hiccups, a webhook drops. So the system retries! Reasonable, Necessary. But if your workflow isn’t idempotent meaning running it twice doesn’t produce the same result as running it once that retry just created a duplicate invoice, a double payroll transfer, or two onboarding emails to a new hire at 2am. No error. No alert. The logs say success ✓ This is why idempotency keys exist. Before any write operation to a database, a payment processor, an ERP you generate a unique fingerprint for that operation. If the system sees it again, it returns the previous result instead of executing twice. Low-code tools like Zapier or Make don’t handle this for you. Neither does a basic Python cron job. You have to architect for it deliberately. In an enterprise automation, this isn’t a nice to have. A duplicated invoice run isn’t a bug ticket. It’s a compliance incident. The developers who’ve never built for production scale don’t know this exists. The ones who have can’t unsee it.

@iamlarrybrand The gap isn't random, it's structural. Most CRMs track activity but can't make decisions. You need rules that define escalation triggers, engagement thresholds, routing logic. Without that layer, you're just automating chaos faster.
