Belinda Southerland has been putting in the hard work with our personal trainer Aireann Todd Mitchell and has earned her shirt! One of Belinda's goals was to do 1 burpee. She not only did 1 burpee, she did 8 and had more in the tank!!! We're excited to see what's next for you!
