Coming to Enterprise customers upon release of the migrated Dashboard: Vanity URLs. Vanity URLs allow stores to ensure consistent branding across their store and Droppable. Thanks to @Cloudflare for SaaS, it's as easy as adding a CNAME to your region's proxy on your domain, and Droppable & Cloudflare will handle the rest!

As part of efforts to implement more availability regions, the Dashboard will undergo an update sometime in the next week or so. No visual change will occur to the user, the changes are purely architectural. To ensure proper data residency, store regions will be picked automatically based on the country code provided by Shopify. As such, the region selection step will be removed from the setup after this update. Any stores that set up Droppable prior to this update will have their store region manually identified and data will be migrated to the proper region regardless of currently selected setting. Upcoming Expansion We are expanding our infrastructure to provide a new regional service in Europe (Central). This will be rolled out to stores over the course of this month. No changes are necessary for existing stores, new stores will now be prompted on Setup to select their primary region. An update will be provided once this expansion begins rolling out.

Hi Inhuman, Droppable delivers value to both stores and customers. Stores can use Conditions to ensure products are available only to specific subsets of customers, while automatically blocking those who don’t meet the criteria. When customers join a Droppable queue or click a Droppable-branded button, they can trust they’re competing against real customers, not bots. Hope this helps!

Droppable has been amazing for us. Allowing us to only let certain people buy from us with a ton of parameters for that. Cant believe I hold the record for that many people in queue😂😭

My favorite part of every drop is watching the amount of bots that get stuck, then even days later are still requesting the same page. Speaking of Drops, @SafariZoneHQ shattered our previous individual queue record yesterday with an astonishing ~2,600 users in queue! The record for amount of participants across all queues in a drop is still held by @SakurasCardShop with an eyewatering nearly 10,000 queue-goers!

Due to ongoing issues with third-party authentication providers, Droppable is migrating to the GenX Software Account system. Customers will have one account with linked third parties, enabling verification across any combination of drop conditions with a single login. 1/2

Progression in queues will now be paused for a period of time when joining. This is to allow customers time to view the Shop's message and availability.
