Hereby I have to share the sad news that my long time friend Vlad, 4K9W, joined the ranks of Silent Keys today. Many of you should have im in the logs as either 4K9W (since 1994), UD6DKW (until 1993) or with one of his special callsigns. Rest in peace my good friend!

Tomorrow, 11:33 UTC, 100 eager students from San Ignacio del Viar, all the town's people and amateur radio operators will be calling the ISS on schedule. It's unfair to cancel the event one day before it, especially for the kids, after 1 year of preparation. @Space_Station

I've been able to work #vu4w through a huge pile but, it seemed to me that some hunters doesn't follow/know the DX Code of conduct, leading to slower flow and increased operator fatigue. @ure_es @DAILYDX @arrl #hamradio
