Você pode preferir o Messi, pode achar que ele foi melhor, isso é uma opinião sua.
O que não faz sentido é agir como se Cristiano nunca tivesse pertencido à mesma mesa.
Se ele realmente fosse apenas um jogador “comum”, sem talento, sem qualidade técnica e dependente apenas de esforço, essa disputa jamais teria existido.
Uma das coisas mais cansativas em ser fã do Cristiano é isso. Parece que a carreira dele sempre tá em julgamento.
O problema é que pra vocês acharem o Messi “melhor” exige fingir que o Cristiano não foi gigante.
E isso não faz o menor sentido.

Aged Like Fine Wine: A Lament for My King 🇵🇹
I have long loved this game called football,
A passion that towers, steadfast and tall.
Yet greater still, beyond the pitch’s call,
Burns my devotion to Ronaldo, my all.
I watched my king blaze across the years,
Aged like vintage wine, through triumphs and tears.
But now the sight is more than I can bear,
His quiet suffering hangs heavy in the air.

To Messi's credit, he makes all the difference. We keep saying they are helping Messi win, but the truth is, he is helping them win. Their job is easier with him in the team.
Ronaldo has carried Portugal for over 20 years through qualifiers and tournaments. I don't have a problem with other players wanting to step up. But they can see how hard it is. At 41, he is still their best goal scorer and they are acting like they can outscore him. If nobody wants to step up, they should get out so serious teams can continue.

quando a idade chega, e o corpo não responde mais ao cérebro, mas ao coração, a qualidade técnica que precisa sobressair. essa copa do mundo será um exposed da REAL diferença entre os dois, onde a comparação de fato, jamais deveria ter existido. os feitos de Messi o fizeram ser comparado aos maiores da história, na briga pelo top 1. o maior feito de Cristiano, foi por um grande período, ter sido comparado com Messi.

In 1961, something unheard of before happened.
A Russian surgeon who was stationed at the military base in Antarctica had appendicitis.
He was the only Doctor and surgery was the only solution.
Due to the harsh weather at that time, he could not be evacuated.
His name was Leonid Rogonov, he was 27 years.
He instructed the non medics in camp to bring a mirror and light sources.
He injected himself, he opened his belly, put his hand to locate his intestines himself. Used the mirror to located the appendix.
He cut the appendix and sewed himself back together.
This operation lasted 2 hours, it was successful. He took time off to rest and in 2 weeks he was perfectly fine and back to work.
He later died 39 years later of Cancer of the lungs at 66 years.
