@EE. Thanks for not sending instructions with the new router. Scanning the qr code would be fine but as I’ve had to unplug the old one I have no internet!!! The app doesn’t work, the router won’t pair to my phone & your ‘tech bot’ can’t help. Bet you don’t get this @sky @bt

@EE I would never ever go in an EE shop again. They were absolutely useless and clueless. They were short staffed so would have to of waited 45 mins. Phoned 150 it was totally different and problem solved in 10 mins. Darlington #EEshop disgusting and I wasn’t the only one unhappy

.@EE I was told by your sales staff that EE would pay @Virgin my leaving fee if I signed up. Which I did. Now I’m told that they won’t pay Virgin, they will add the funds to my EE account. That’s not what I was sold on. How do I get that money to give to Virgin? Liars.

We don't have a number to call over Whatsapp I'm afraid, and we don't have account access over Social Media. If you've already tried manually selecting a network, or following the guides on our website, it would be best to contact us from another phone, if you're able to lend someone else's. Also, check your Settings app and making sure roaming is turned on, restart your phone. Or, temporarily connect to Wi-Fi, and then check if you're able to activate it from there.

@EE My EE account vanished months ago. Can’t relink it, can’t set up direct debit, and still getting £7 late fees. Hours on calls, no fixes, no callbacks. Really disappointing service.

@EE how do I make a formal complaint as I went on holiday and you removed the roaming package from my contract illegally then lied saying I didn’t have it included until I proved with an email I was correct. So you breached a 24 month agreed contract

Hey @EE currently having issues with my internet. It keeps flashing orange endlessly and when I go to reset it, it goes green for 5 seconds then a click noise can be heard then it goes back to flashing orange again.

Thanks, Rob. We have processes in place to help reduce scam calls. If you click on the link in the previous post, there are multiple hints and tips to reduce scam calls. Including how to add your number to the TPS website. You can also report the number that called you, which helps us get them blocked from our network. We understand how frustrating scam calls can be and can offer a change of number if required. If you would like to discuss this, please give us a call on 150, and we will be happy to help.

I’ve done what I can, but it’s not me they are pretending to be to scam customers. I may well leave and get a new number as I get waaayyyyyy toooooo many of these calls every single day! Shame you can’t /won’t do anything to stop these. So time for a change. BUT I will call or make the swap on my own. (Never to a cold caller that’s for sure!)

@EE people are making phone calls pretending to be you, saying some sims are being deactivated and need replacing… told them to “Go Away”. She was apparently called “Rose” but the accent suggested otherwise lol Rang me using this number 0121 838 3685 #scammers #scum
