The PBO confirmed large emitters are the ones paying most of the carbon taxes. Those saying households bear most of cost either don't understand the policy or are intentionally misleading ppl. It's a disservice to all Cdns they don't take climate change more seriously.

climate is & always has changed. Who denies this? Global temps always rise & fall. Earth came out of cool period (Little Ice Age) in 1800s. A 0.8d increase not a crisis. Uk emits lowest level CO2 since 1888. Protesters should stop disrupting lives of ppl going to work by bus.
