He is currently in pound kennels and has been awaiting a kennel space with us for several weeks now. He has had severe ear infections and these are currently being treated but he is believed totally deaf. He is starting to become vocal around other dogs but was not for the first weeks ... We really need to find him a foster home as soon as possible. He is wonderful with all people he has met including at the vets (although very sensitive around his ears at the moment), and we feel an only dog home OR a home with balanced female dog and the facility to separate (which is essential) whilst he settles and is further assessed. IF you have large breed / shepherd experience and particularly if anyone has deaf dog experience, please consider offering help. 💔OUR 7 EGYPT DOGS 💔 As many of you maybe aware we stopped rescuing in Egypt due to the huge costs not only to save them but also to travel them to the UK. It sadly wasn’t sustainable and has created a lot of debt for us just trying to support the ones we have already 💔 We now have 7 dogs remaining in Egypt and are hoping to travel the next 4 to the uUK before the end of the year. Currently we are unable to get these dogs prepped for travel as we have an outstanding bill of pensions totalling $3000! 💔 Even though we pay regular amounts off this huge bill which has accumulated over the months we are sadly now under immense pressure to pay it and our dogs are at risk if we do not at least clear some 💔 Most of these dogs have been waiting a while now which means any funds originally raised for them have completely gone and it’s extra we need to find every month.
