#evan’s thought when creating #ride_or_die 🐹 if you listen to ride or die, it’s very rock-oriented, right? i’m sure you’ve all heard it already. it’s rock, but i kept wondering, “when different genres are combined, why do people say it doesn’t work? these sounds seem like they would go well together, so do they really need to be left out?” as i kept thinking about that, i just started mixing and adding all kinds of things together… honestly, it’s like a bowl of doenjang-jjigae (soybean paste stew) made by someone who doesn’t know how to cook at all. that’s really what this song is like. but the result turned out so good. so this song carries a lot of meaning for me, and in the end it even became the title track, which makes me really happy.
